John Stelzriede

John Stelzriede moved to the Roaring Fork Valley 38 years ago.  After graduating from Roaring Fork High School, John attended the University of Northern Colorado where he earned his Bachelor’ s Degree in Business Management from the Monfort College of Business.  After graduating from UNC, John moved back to the Roaring Fork Valley where he started his career in banking.  John has 28 years of banking experience in the Roaring Fork Valley, where he is currently the Branch President for Alpine Bank in Glenwood Springs.  During the past 28 years, John has served on numerous non-profit boards including a founding board member of the Defiance Thrift Store, Past President of the Carbondale Community Chamber of Commerce,  and Past Board Member of the Roaring Fork Business Resource Center to name a few.  John currently serves on the Valley View Hospital Foundation Board and serves on the VVH Foundation Finance Committee. We are proud to have John has a new addition to our River Bridge Resource Center Board of Directors.  When John is not working or volunteering, he spends time with his family skiing, hiking, and travelling.
